Big passage sections
DIP Système™ is equipped with wheels conical vortex stainless steel radial roads AISI 304 L or 316 L in complete passage section. The alternated pales impeller specificities allows most of the solid and fibrous bodies such as floor cloths, bandages, tights, plastic bottles, aluminium cansto pass without blocking. The central cone rises the vortex air / water functioning. It avoids sealing and facilitates a fast re-priming. Big models are equipped with T4 version.
Easy dismantling
Wheels rose on removable trays to allow an easier dismantling. Dismantling operation / reassembly does not require specific equipment. For wheel replacement, only 15 minutes are required.

Mixing Liquid / gas contributes to H2S elimination
Contrary to classical retention pit, DIP Système™ throws in the channelling, a stream extremely air / water aereted which contributes to H2S elimination effects.
This phenomenon can avoid an additional treatment by compressed air injection or by chemical injection, for example.
Teeth of optional dilacerations "SC"
Teeth of dilacerations DIP Système™ can equip optional tooth of dilacerations by volute. This system, very useful on small models, allows to avoid the frequent blocking which we meet with a traditional lift station.
